Ask better, get better. Which model to reach for, how to brief it like a new hire on their first day, and why a vague question earns a vague answer.
Most people live hereI'm a Singapore-based AI workshop facilitator, and I get business teams using Claude and ChatGPT for real work.
I run hands-on workshops that take AI from an overwhelming buzzword to something you actually use in your week. I came to this with no technical background myself, so we start where you are, in plain language, and you leave having built something that works.
I am co-founder and COO of WTFox.ai, and I run the company on Claude and ChatGPT every day. I also came to AI with no technical background, which is why my sessions start where you actually are rather than where a developer would start. Everything here follows the same path, from chatting with AI, to giving it your context, to handing it real work.
// Cohort · 3 hrs · cap 30
This is the session I delivered with Cogentic AI Partners over 2 evenings in Singapore, Aug 2026. You build a Claude Project around your own work, connect your tools, write your first custom skill, and hand a real task over before the night ends.
// Group · 2 hrs to full day
2 hr, 3 hr, and full-day formats, in person in Singapore or online. We work in Claude and ChatGPT on your team's own documents and tasks, and everyone leaves with a setup running on their own account. Recent sessions include a 3 hr workshop for 40+ senior managers at BNF Group's strategy retreat, a full-day private cohort, an Insight Hour with Podium for women professionals, and the opening talk at the first AI Power Users Meetup.
The Aug 2026 masterclass ran on a partner model. Cogentic owned the marketing, the registration, and the relationship with their community, and I built and taught the session. If you run a community, an academy, or a training business that wants practical AI in your catalogue, I am open to the same setup.
Weekly 45-minute sessions on your own role, your own tools, and your own to-do list, with async help in between. We build one playbook together and keep it in your hands at the end.
3 hrs, hands-on, built around your own work. You set up a Claude Project, connect your tools, write your first custom skill, and hand a real task over before the night ends. The next cohort runs in Singapore on 1 October 2026 with Cogentic AI Partners, who own registration.
Everything I teach moves along the same 3 steps. Most people stop at the first one and assume that is all there is.
Where this happensAsk better, get better. Which model to reach for, how to brief it like a new hire on their first day, and why a vague question earns a vague answer.
Most people live hereGive it your actual work. A Claude Project holds your documents and your way of doing things, and connectors let it reach your calendar and your inbox, so it stops starting from zero every time you open it.
Where it gets usefulHand the task over. You write a skill once and it runs the same way every time, and Cowork takes a job end to end while you do something else. You delegate the outcome instead of the steps.
Where the hours come backMost AI training feels like watching a magician. Mine feels like going to the gym. Here's the stuff we drill together.
Move past "write me a blog post." Learn prompts that match how you actually think.
Pick tools that fit your role, not the ones loudest on LinkedIn.
Emails, summaries, decks, research, handed over properly.
Taste, guardrails, and review habits so your AI work feels like you, not a robot.
My superpower is turning complicated jargon into plain, simple language. I take complicated things apart, especially for people with no technical background, and simplify them so they can understand the fundamental principles. That's the process I went through myself.
From Universal Studios Singapore to Jewel Changi Airport to Amazon to fintech, I spent the better part of my career in these organisations, running their operations and go-to-market strategy. What I wish I'd had back then was AI to help me run things more efficiently. I'm thankful the era of building our own programs and our own applications is here now.
I went down the rabbit hole in early 2025 and went all in. Haven't looked back since. Now I'm the co-founder and COO of WTFox.ai, an agentic CRM platform and AI consultancy.
If you're curious, I'm ready to put in the work. We'll get along.
GEARGINA
"Geargina has very good 'trainer' skills. She knows the stuff well and is able to articulate the approach very clearly with simple illustrations and drawing comparisons to things we easily understand."
"The 1:1 sessions were the best money I spent this year. I went from 'ChatGPT tourist' to genuinely faster at my job."
"Yesterday's session was terrific! Geargina was very knowledgeable, and my mind was focused on how the learning could be used in everyday life, not just work."
"Enjoyed the session. I'm gonna build my own Obsidian coming week."

An API is how 2 apps talk to each other. MCP is the single plug that lets your AI connect to all of them. The USB-C comparison, and why it changes what you can ask for.
Coach Gina (Geargina Tan) is an AI workshop facilitator based in Singapore and the co-founder and COO of WTFox.ai, an AI company she runs on Claude and ChatGPT every day. She came to AI without a technical background, which shapes how she teaches. Her workshops start where beginners actually are, and take people from chatting with AI to handing it real work.
No. The sessions are built for people who are new to AI and have no technical background. Geargina is not a developer either, which is why the material starts in plain language instead of where an engineer would start. What you do need is a laptop, an account logged in before the session begins, and one real piece of your own work to practise on.
Ask five things. Has this person run a room like yours, at your seniority and skill level. Does the session work on your own documents rather than a demo dataset. Is there hands-on time from the first 20 minutes. What will people have actually built by the time they leave. And will you see the survey results afterwards, the flat ones included.
It is scoped per team, so there is no rate card. Four things move the number. How many people are in the room, how long the format runs (2 hrs, 3 hrs or a full day), how much prep goes into building the session on your own documents, and whether it runs in person in Singapore or online. Send those four on the contact form and you get a figure back.
Yes, and most rooms are beginners. At the BNF Group strategy retreat in March 2026, a room of 40+ senior managers had almost no AI use between them. After the August 2026 Claude Masterclass, attendees self-rated their confidence in setting up a Claude Project 48% higher than before. That comes from a post-session survey, so read it as feedback rather than a study.
Yes, that is the format rather than an add-on. Everyone brings a laptop and one real piece of their own work, a report they write monthly, a deck in progress, a process doc. Before the day there is a scoping call on who is in the room, what tools they already pay for, and what you want them doing differently next Monday. The exercises get rewritten onto your material.
