Privacy policy.

The short version: I collect the minimum info needed to reply to you. I don't sell your data. I don't run creepy cross-site tracking. If you ever want out, one email does it.

What I collect

• Contact form: name, email, and whatever you write in the message. I keep this in my inbox to reply to you.
• Interest forms: if you register interest in a workshop that has not been scheduled yet, I keep your name and email on a list until that workshop runs or I decide not to run it. Either way the list is deleted within 12 months, and you can ask me to take you off it at any time.
• Interest forms about a child: the teen workshop form asks for your child's age band, and the open box may tell me something about them. That comes from you, the parent, not from your child, and I don't collect anything from anyone under 18 directly. I use it to shape the session and nothing else, and I delete it on the same schedule as the rest of the list.
• Basic site analytics: anonymised page views, referrers, and country. No individual profiles, no ad pixels.

What I don't collect

• Cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
• Payment information (clients pay via invoice through my accountant).
• Anything you didn't voluntarily send me.
• Anything directly from a child. Forms on this site are for adults to fill in.

How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To tell you about the one workshop you registered interest in. Not a newsletter, and I won't add you to one.
• To understand roughly how the site is used (so I know if anything is broken).

Who else sees it

Only third-party processors I need to run the site. Email is Google Workspace, hosting is Vercel, and the forms are delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the submission to my inbox. Those providers process data on servers outside Singapore, so a form you send does cross a border on its way to me. Each of them has their own privacy policy and processes data on my behalf.

Your rights

• Delete: email hello@iamcoachgina.com asking me to delete your data. I'll do it within 30 days.
• Access: ask what I have on you, and I'll send you everything.
• Off the list: reply to any email from me, or send one, and you're off. No form to fill in.
